Located 2 hours away from Canberra is Cowra, a town with a few great wineries and an amazing Japanese garden. We decided to check it out for ourselves. The big plus about this tourist destination is that it is dog friendly. When we first visited Ramen O we were really impressed by their Tonkotsu broth (the Ramen Wow! and the Yuzu Ramen) so when we had another chance to go and try the Pork Char Ciu rice bowl, we couldn't say no! We were not let down by their amazing hospitality and delicious authentic flavours! They now open on Saturday nights too. You know we love going to Dickson to try amazing food and delectables! We also love having a great excuse to have dessert, that is where Spilt Milk has helped a lot in that space. Indeed, there was a gelato sized hole in Dickson that has been filled! We really loved trying out Spilt Milk, not only were the flavours consistently good, but they are all made fresh, with fresh and locally sourced fruit, nuts and dairy! Andrew the owner was super down to earth (as you can see), and we felt the need to show our Canberra family and beyond what you can expect from Spilt Milk gelato!
